ergosoft's fully instrumented lab can be deployed anywhere to provide a relaxed, vendor-neutral environment for testing and research. Our state-of-the-art equipment creates high-quality video and audio tracks suitable for highlight tapes and presentations.

Features

• Observers can view the participant's computer screen and video of the participant via closed-circuit television.
  
  
• Our audio/video recording equipment supports digital videotaping and screen capture from the test participant's computer, which can be viewed in real time and/or written to digital videotape for later analysis.
  

Rates

Copies of raw video footage from testing sessions may be purchased at $15 per hour of raw footage. Copies are provided in the client's choice of DV, Hi-8, VHS, or SVHS format. Clients who would like ergosoft to develop a highlight videotape from raw footage of the usability testing sessions should discuss with us their requirements for tape length and content. The cost of developing highlight tapes can vary substantially with these requirements.
